Pay for eligible health care expenses with an HRA - funded by Keystone Property Group. HRA is only available for employees who are enrolled in the HSA Open Access Plus plan.
A Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) gives you the opportunity to take more control of your health care spending. An HRA is funded by your employer. It provides a specified amount of money to help you pay for qualified medical expenses.

Contributions
When you enroll in the HSA Open Access Plus plan, Keystone Property Group automatically sets aside money to help you and your covered dependents pay for qualifying health care expenses.

Keystone Property Group contributes:
If you cover yourself only
After satisfying the first $3,000 of your $4,000 deductible:
- HRA reimbursement is the last $1,000 of the $4,000 deductible
- You then will be reimbursed up to $3,000 for additional expenses incurred and subject to the in-network out-of-pocket limit
If you cover family members
After satisfying the first $6,000 of your $8,000 deductible:
- HRA reimbursement is the last $2,000 of the $8,000 deductible
- You then will be reimbursed up to $6,000 for additional expenses incurred and subject to the in-network out-of-pocket limit

Eligible expenses
Eligible Expenses are Medical and Prescription Drug expenses that you and/or your covered family members incur which are covered by the medical plan. You can use your HRA dollars for in-network deductible and in-network expenses incurred and subject to the plan’s out-of-pocket maximum.

Unused funds and more
Unused funds will not roll over. Amounts are pro-rated for new hires and all funds are non-transferable and are forfeited if your employment with Keystone Property Group terminates for any reason.

Using your funds
In order for you to be reimbursed for allowable expenses that you incur, you will need to submit a claim reimbursement form along with a copy of the provider’s invoice and/or an Explanation of Benefits Form to The Harrison Group, Inc.
